Talk to the floor before the run starts
The depot answers every brief from the same inbox and the same phone line. Send the project name, the target engine and the date the content must be in the build, and the floor will reply with a written scope and a delivery window. There is no ticket queue and no automated triage.

Three questions the floor hears most
How quickly will the depot reply to a new brief?
New briefs sent to general@meiyuelmaterials.buzz are answered within one working day during Hong Kong business hours. The reply names the bay assigned to the run, states the scope in writing and quotes a delivery window measured in working days. If the brief falls outside the six service lines, the reply says so plainly and points toward the kind of studio that handles the work instead.
Can the depot work from an existing engine build rather than starting fresh?
Yes, and that is the normal case. Most runs begin from a build that already runs, which is why the depot asks for the target engine and the rig profile in the first message. The compatibility review then loads the finished batch into that exact engine version and reports what happens, so the client is not the first person to discover an import fault.
What happens when a license is close to expiry?
The depot opens a renewal window several weeks before the term ends and sends a written summary of the current terms alongside the renewal terms. The client confirms the scope or decides not to renew, and the depot records that decision on the account. No run begins on a lapsed grant, and no client is left guessing what remains permitted after a term ends.
